Careers and Children Do They Mix?
Back in July 2013 Custard & Crumble held a survey of 100 women to find out their thoughts on jobs and children. We were quite surprised by some of the results and have put together the findings in this fun infogram.
As well as asking respondants about their thoughts on family and work we also asked about the different products and brands they used. Only a quarter of those asked bought a nursing chair for their nursery while unsurprisingly 94% of women bought a cot or cot bed. Only 19% of those surveyed bought a crib for their nursery. The most popular brand for their nursery furniture was Mothercare with Mamas and Papas and John Lewis closely following behind. It also appears that white is still the most popular nursery furniture colour choice with nearly 50% of those asked choosing this classic colour. Mothercare, Mamas and Papas and John Lewis were again the most popular brands when it came to baby bedding while almost three quarters of those surveyed used Johnson’s Baby products on their little ones! When asked what baby product they could not have lived without topping the list were the Baby Bjorn baby bouncer, baby wipes and baby sleeping bags. When asked about a product they would not buy again the bumbo seat and baby bath seemed to top the list. It was really interesting reading all the results from the survey and we would like to thank everyone for taking part.
