
Driving new sales through sample trial and coupon code to purchase
The inclusion of both a tea sample and 15% off coupon code within the pregnancy gift bags, have helped drive both awareness of the brand through sample trial, followed by purchase using the offer code.

Objectives
HotTea Mama worked with Custard & Crumble to sample in the gift bags, with the goal of driving trial and awareness of their herbal tea products during pregnancy.
Solution
A tea bag sample was placed in the gift bags to drive trial of the products. This sat alongside a 15% off coupon code to help convert sales post trial and awareness.
The inclusion of questions on the survey provided valuable feedback including propensity to purchase, likelihood to recommend to a friend and likelihood to purchase other tea flavours.
